The lymphatic system helps the body remove excess fluids, waste, and toxins.
When lymphatic circulation slows down, these waste substances can build up in the body, and the face may start to show some visible changes.

In modern lifestyles, many daily habits can affect lymphatic circulation, such as:

 Lack of sleep or irregular sleeping habits
 High stress levels and physical fatigue
 Sitting for long periods with little movement, which slows down blood circulation
